LOCATION: Remote - U.S. - WEST COAST

Dynata, the world's largest first-party data and insights platform, is seeking a Sr. Vice President, MRA Sales & Customer Experience, West, to lead our growing business.

Reporting to the EVP & Managing Partner, Americas, you will be responsible for setting our sales strategy and go to market plans and delivering financial and operational business results. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about growing a business and delighting customers in the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.

  • SVP will lead from the front, establish senior level relationships with client executives, be in the field with their teams.

  • Responsible for driving revenue and achieving revenue targets

  • Aligns the sales organization's objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting

  • Directs Dynata's position and approach to key customers and develops and expands relationships with the most influential contacts (C level executives) who focus on strategic business issues

  • Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, product delivery to the customer and other key financial performance objectives

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and lead generation

  • Works with the product team to be the voice of the customer as we refine innovative new products to match customer needs and create new markets for existing products.

  • Inspires, leads, and motivates a team of approximately 30+ high performing sales and delivery professionals to ensure the vertical is exceeding both performance targets and customer expectations and that individuals are developing

  • Identifies, attracts, and retains top talent

  • Provides leadership to the sales organization's management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI's

  • Proven track record for driving revenue

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C level executives and board members both internally and externally

  • Ability to inspire others to deliver excellence to the customer while meeting the performance objectives of the company

Education and Experience

  • 10+ of years leading sales and delivery teams to delight the customer and exceed expectations

  • Background selling to Market Research Agencies (MRA) organizations is preferable.

  • Experience leading large teams selling to fortune 500 customers

  • Experience developing and retaining high-performing teams

Supervisory Nature (Accustomed to 30+ Direct Reports - Globally)

The salary range for this position is $200K-$250K/yr base and variables; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
